Accommodations The organizing committee will arrange two hotels for participants with some discounts. Both of the hotels are very near the Matsue Train Station as well as the bus terminal. The hotels are convenient for transportation in Matsue City. If you wish to have a room of the hotels below, you should indicate so on the registration form. (If you would like to come to Matsue a few days before the conference or stay in a few days after the conference, we can offer a room at the hotel with the same price as during the conference.) The Organizing Committee is keeping the rooms of both of the hotels, but there is a restriction on the number of rooms we are keeping. If the hotels become overbooked, then we will arrange other hotels. (a) Matsue Tokyu Inn The price of a room per night is; A room with single-bed (not include the breakfast)... 7,350 Japanese yen A room with two beds (not include the breakfast)... 12,600 Japanese yen You can have the breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel with an extra charge. The price of the breakfast is 1,200 Japanese yen. (b) Green Hotel Matsue The price of a room per night is; A room with single-bed (not include the breakfast)... 5,250 Japanese yen A room with two beds (not include the breakfast)... 10,500 Japanese yen You can have the breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel with an extra charge. The price of the breakfast is 800 -- 1,000 Japanese yen.
